½ cup raw honey (find the fairly solid kind, not liquid)
¼ cup coconut sugar
4 cups Sprouted Brown Rice Cacao Crisps (found at Whole Foods)
½ cup chopped nuts of choice
Chocolate Frosting Ingredients;
1 tablespoons butter
4 oz Lily’s semi-sweet chocolate chips.
1- Combine almond butter, honey, and coconut sugar in a large skillet, stirring over medium heat until well blended and hot.
2- Remove from heat. Add cereal and nuts stirring quickly to coat.
3- Press cereal mixture in a greased square dish with a buttered spoon.
Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a small saucepan and spread evenly over cereal mixture.
