Canned Sardines, Mackerel & Salmon; 
Power-packed sources of essential omega 3 fats, enjoying a serving of canned wild fish as a snack is a great way to optimize your intake of these vital fats. Enjoy them straight out of the can or mix with Paleo mayonnaise (see previous post for recipe) and spread on grain-free crackers for a tasty, healthy treat. 
Here is a recipe for quick Mackerel Antipasto; 
2 cans Vital Choice ( Mackerel in olive oil, drained 
½ jar organic fire roasted red peppers, sliced 
3 oz organic pitted kalamata olives 
1 can organic artichoke hearts, drained 
1. Toss olives, artichoke hearts and red peppers. 
2. Top with mackerel 
3. Serve with grain free crackers (try Simple Mills brand at Whole Foods or H.E.B.)
