I know you may be shocked. We have been taught to believe that wheat is a staple in a wholesome grain diet. So why wheat? Most wheat is grown with pesticides, for one thing. You may say, “well, I can get organic then”. You can, but there’s more. Mass production has led to wheat being harvested by big machines that are really rough. The outer shell of the wheat gets cracked during the process. Now air seeps into the seed and makes it rancid. Then during processing, manufacturers heat it up so hot it makes the wheat even more unrecognizable. It loses all its nutrients through this process. Check out the whole process in Dr. Walter C.
